I GF93 si formano nel 1996 e fin dagli inizi si orientano verso un percorso musicale elitario, realizzando fino ad oggi tre album che possono chiaramente rappresentare la storia e l'evoluzione della band. Dopo una anno di pre-produzione con Paolo Favati, noto per aver lavorato con band come Einsturzende Neubauten, Pankow e Dive, nel 1997 il gruppo registra 'Beaten', primo devastante album, che esce per la Worldloop/Dune Records. Questa prima esperierienza viene influenzata dal movimento industrial/metal e dalla produzione di Paolo Favati. Il suono di questo primo 'capitolo' si puo' definire come la fusione delle menti di Carlo Bellotti, proveniente dai Necromass, black metal band considerata ormai una vera e propria band di culto e di Paolo Favati.
Con 'Beaten' i GF93 realizzano ottime vendite assicurandosi grosso numero di fans. Ma la band desidera ottenere molto di piu': una forte esposizione in Europa.

Dopo questa prima release il combo si isola per un intero anno e produce nuove canzoni che fruttano l'offerta da parte della Copro Records per il secondo album. I GF93 decidono di accettare la proposta della giovane ed in ascesa label inglese che offre la possibilità di raggiungere il mercato europeo attraverso l'importante distribuzione di Plastic Head e la produzione di un disco piu' hardcore, grazie anche alla produzione di Dave Chang (Earthtone9, Stampin' Ground).
Il secondo album 'G.oetia F.etish 19.93' viene registrato, prodotto e pubblicato nel 1999 e porta i GF93 nel mercato europeo donando alla band un fortissimo riscontro di critica e di pubblico. Scelte vincenti si rivelano l'introduzione della melodia e l'approccio, inteso come attitudine, piu' hardcore e devastante.
A supporto di questo secondo disco i GF93 realizzano due tour in Inghilterra con Misery Loves Co. e Snub, un tour italiano con Earthtone9, ed aprono i concerti di band come NOFX, WASP, ULTRAVIOLENCE e SWAMP TERRORIST.
Viene realizzato il primo videoclip con il brano 'Sleepless' che permette di ottenere numerose apparizioni sui canali rock televisivi nazionali. I GF93 suonano come headliner nel Tent Stage al Beach Bum Festival.

Al rientro dall'ultimo tour in Inghilterra tantissime cose cambiano: tre membri lasciano la band per incompatibilita' caratteriali e musicali. Fabba, Korea e Vittorio (basso, batteria e chitarra) li sostituiscono entrando permanentemente e fruttuosamente nei GF93. Con la nuova formazione anche il suono diventa nuovo. Alessandro Paolucci (Westlink) comincia a lavorare come produttore con la band e nuove devastanti canzoni vengono scritte per il terzo album:'Convulse All-Star'. Dopo un mese di registrazioni ed il missaggio di Martin Barbour (Vacant Stare, Medulla Nocte, Forever Until October, Fony), astro nascente nella produzione inglese, il 22 Ottobre 2002 il disco arriva sul mercato europeo ancora attraverso Copro Records/Plastic Head Distribution.
La release viene subito inclusa nella Top Ten Chart di Rock FM, lodata in UK da Total Rock e da Music Choice,Shoutweb,Pimp Rock Palace e tanti altri, acclamata dalla stampa e dal pubblico europeo. Questo terzo lavoro include 'Eight Years', ospite Patrik Wiren dei Misery Loves Company, per il quale viene realizzato un videoclip che ottiene un grandioso broadcasting. Il gruppo appare su MTV, Rete A All Music, Matchmusic, Rock TV e centinaia di recensioni dell'album appaiono su riviste e webmagazine di tutto il mondo. Il grande successo di questo album frutta l'offerta da parte della Mechanism Records di realizzare una versione remix di alcuni brani . Viene realizzato da Syncprodz anche un remix di 'Eight Years' da includere nel quarto album.

Un lungo e durissimo periodo di ricerca sonora e personale divide l'ultimo disco dalla quarta fatica dei GF93 che sarà sul mercato dall' 8 Novembre 2004 per la Incendiary Records con distribuzione: M-System/SELF. Il percorso di ricerca intrapreso dalla band ha portato alla realizzazione di uno stile personale e la collaborazione con Kurt Ballou dei grandissimi
Converge lo testimonia chiaramente. Al termine delle registrazioni Mario Degiorgi entra a far parte stabilmente del gruppo avvicendandosi a Vittorio Milella.
Il disco si intitola 'OSR' (Own Style Research).

Formed in 1996 and oriented from the beginning to the dark side of music GF93 produced 3 albums, that can easily represent the band's history and evolution.
The band recorded the first album "Beaten" after one year (1997) of production with Paolo Favati (Einsturzende Neubauten, Pankow, Dive and more).
The sound in the band's very first experience was totally influenced by the industrial metal movement, due to the production of P.F. and the background of the musicians featured in the project. Carlo Bellotti was singer and leader of the black metal cult band Necromass, and Paolo Favati was a significant influence in the European Electro-Industrial scene. A considerable fanbase was builded in Italy with the good album's sales, and promotion but the band was looking for more: the European market.After a short period of silence (due to the recording of some new songs) GF93 signed on Copro Records/Plastic Head distribution , for the second album.

The band started writing the songs with the Hardcore producer Dave Chang. In fact the second album recorded and produced in 1999 changed the band's future. More melodic songs made GF93 a well known band, respected across the whole Europe. After this important second release GF93 reached many important goals.
-Toured Italy with Earthtone9, UK with Misery Loves Company, again UK on headliner tour,
-Supported NOFX, Wasp, Ultraviolence, Swamp Terrorists and many more,
-Produced a Video for the song "Sleepless",
-Appeared on national and foreign Rock TV channels,
-Headlined the famous Beach Bum festival's Tent Stage,
-Appeared on many magazines, cd compilations, webstites....

After the band came back from the last UK tour a lot of things changed. 3 of the members left the band, giving space to a new drummer: KOREA, new
bass player Fabba and Vittorio on guitars. The sound changed with the line up. The new album "Convulse all-star" saw the light in October 2002 produced
by Alessandro Paolucci and Martin Barbour out on Copro Records again. As soon as the album was released( with worldwide distribution by Plastic Head) the band started working on the new Video that is still broadcasted on MTV, Rock TV, Viva and many more foreign channels.
Patrik Wiren of Misery Loves Company is an important guest in the song “Eight Years”.
The band also appeared on PRP, Shoutweb, Rock TV, Rock FM, Rocksound, Channel Sky, MTV,TMC2, Matchmusic and many more. This great success of "Convulse all-star” will also generate the remix version that will be out in the spring on Mechanism Records. An unreleased remix version of “Eight Years” produced by SyncProdz is ready. This track will be featured in the 4th album.

A long period of hard work and isolation made the band find the real musical direction and a completely personal sound and style.
This has been a very long research, and the combo truly found it’s own style.
The new Album is out now titled OSR, produced by Alessandro Paolucci, Kurt Ballou (converge) and Martin Barbour.The band will start the live promotion in UK (November), Italy (November-December) and Germany (Jan.).
